'No AI' is a Feature
AI fatigue is here, and we're all feeling it. Over the past year, it seems that every app and their mother has integrated some sort of AI into their feature list, for better or for worse. Mostly for worse, if we're going to be honest with ourselves (I'm looking at you, Notion).
Some developers are taking action against the malaise and are intentionally heading the other direction. Case in point: LibreOffice made the "deliberate design decision" not to integrate AI into their product in the foreseeable future.
'No AI' has become a feature, which proves that despite improvements, some users are still not ready to hand their creative souls over to some whirling data center.
