LLCs and OCTs

I finally filed for a proper LLC for Treasure Coast Today. Now that I'm actually dealing with individual sponsors and contracts, it seemed like the right time. This is my first non-sole proprietorship, which might not seem all that exciting, but it really lit me up inside. The projected approval timeline is 3-5 days. Then I can look into a business bank account and officially hand the property over in writing.
My eyesight is getting worse, according to my most recent eye exam -- my first in three years. My astigmatism has gotten worse in both eyes, but significantly worse in my left eye, and I've developed presbyopia. Nothing abnormal for a 40-year-old.
The one concern was that my eye pressure was originally very high. We're talking 33 and 36, when they like to see the number closer to 10-15. The number was so high that she made me take an additional test, called an OCT, before I left. The second test's results calmed the doctor's concerns. She said my nerves looked "almost too perfect." She also used a separate machine to check the pressure, and while still high, it had fallen into the 20s. So for now, I'll follow up in six months.
Also, I will have a shiny new pair of frames in about a week. My first progressives!
